JOVAN TAN & JULIA SCHERER
Jovan Tan & Julia Scherer are a newly formed partnership as of 2024. Jovan wears the 6692P and the Freed Modern Flex Patent whilst Julia wears the Evgeniya as a Special. They dance in Amateur Ballroom and represent Singapore.

Jovan started dancing at the age of 6, being born into a family with a rich history of dancers. Initially he was compelled to dance, but with time, grew to appreciate and love the art form. Jovan has fond memories of his debut at Blackpool in 2018, explaining how it was "a dream come true, something I had envisioned since my youth".
Jovan aims to advance to the Semi Finals for Amateur Ballroom at Blackpool and is enthusiastic to achieve new milestones.
Julia began her Ballroom journey at the age of 12 in 2012. Originally from a Gymnastics/Group Dance background, Julia was inspired by her older sister who brought her to Ballroom dancing. With her long-term previous partner, William Lauth, they reached several milestones over their 10 year partnership, with many memories travelling different countries and cities all over Europe.
Julia has her sights set on delving deeper into the WDC world with her new partnership.
